Moana Beach Park by China Uemura
Uemura offers the basics of paddle
boarding and watches the paddlers on
the water to make sure they enter and
exit the right way. He also teaches
them to always give swimmers the
right of way. Payment? A simple
“thank you” is all he asks in return for
his knowledge and lessons. Just visit
Ala Moana beach park and ask for a
lesson!
Paddle Core Fitness
Since October 2007 Paddle Core
Fitness has paddled over 1000 people
from all over the world. By taking the
concept of stand-up paddling and
incorporating fitness and low-impact
core strengthening, you’ll learn the
concept of the board, paddle and a
workout for the body, mind and soul.

Centering Yoga

Avenue tennis courts); and 5:30-6:45 p.m.
